Working Mechanism:

 

The FA800 rebound tonometer utilizes innovative sensing rebound technology. The magnetized probe generates N/S poles when inserted into the tonometer, creating a transient magnetic field that moves the probe towards the cornea. The probe bounces on the cornea, and the deceleration is monitored to convert into ocular pressure readings.

 

The rebound tonometer quickly converts pressure into voltage or current signals for instant measurement data.
